The Parks at Grand Oaks


The Parks is a proposed apartment complex on the north corner of Ashley Gardens Blvd

As of January 2010, some clearing has been started but no building is underway.

The complex will consist of 16 buildings with a total of 316 apartments. There will be a clubhouse and community pool.
